ICHCE 2019  

The 5^th International Conference on Hydraulic and Civil Engineering (ICHCE 2019) was held by Hohai University, co-organized by the Hydraulic Structures Committee of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society, Tsinghua University, the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and some other societies, universities and research institutes from May 10^th to 12^th, 2019 at Hohai University, Nanjing, China. The theme of the conference is ‘One Belt and One Road’ and Innovation and Cooperation in Hydraulic and Civil Engineering. Participants from England, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Austrial, United Kingdom and America came out to the conference.

The opening ceremony hosted by Prof. Xu Weiya，the vice president of Hohai University and 3 professors deliverd their address to the confersence on the morning of May 11^th.

This event program is highlighted by 16 keynote speakers and invited speaker's speeches. Prof. Houqun Chen from China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, Academician、Prof. Chuhan Zhang of Tsinghua University, Academician deliverd their wonderful speeches.
